Adjacent to 35 Evans Avenue, both buildings are located minutes from a busy commercial area and Mount Saint Vincent University. 27 Evans Avenue is home to many newcomers and provides a comfortable, centrally located place to call home.The Housing Trust of Nova Scotia's mission is to provide quality, non-market rental homes for moderate-income working households in our communities across the province. All our units are rented at near-market rent; however, you may qualify for a small contribution based on your total household income.
